Modules and functions
Administration & Security :
This module includes full control and entire security system for the project with various types of users, individual rights and group rights for each and every user. Various access modules were available for every user according to their level of utilizing the project from low level (guest role) to high-level (admin, power) authorization. It provides option to control all users and their activities.
Multi institutions Setup Module :
This module is used to set various types of university, institutions, departments and courses under a proper stream.
Academic Calendar Module :
The Annual Academic Calendar can be setup completely with start and end dates, holidays for students as well as staff, weekends, special days for the institute, extracurricular activities planned etc. We have also introduced the concept of department as well as course calendar too.
Admission Module :
Application :
Application module allows the institution to collect biographic information, previous education and all other relevant information to process the admission based on the customized requirements of every single institution.
Student ID Cards :
The Student ID Cards can be printed after the admission procedure is completed. There is space provided for adding a photograph from any storage media. It can be integrated with bar codes.
Rank List Processing :
“ERP” automates the admission by processing the selection list based on the criteria set by the institution. This list interfaces with quota management to ease the admission process. The Institutions authorities can send customized interview letters using the standard templates either by mail or printed letters. Automatic update of selection list is incorporated based on actual responses from applicants and also provides numerous management reports.
Certificates Verification :
The Admissions can be processed for each applicant, from verifying credentials and approving admission. Admission, Fees Collection (Course, Transportation, Library, Hostel and any other defined) and all other related activity for admissions can be completed through a single window of operation.
Fees Module :
This module manages the collection of different type of fees and dues of a single student under one window and allows posting the amount to different account heads of the accounts module. This also manages full and part payments, and also allows exceptions on all dues and late payments on approval. This Module provides various reports based on every single activity of each student with individual categorization for type of fees paid like tuition fee, exam fee, mess fee, library fee, hostel fee, transportation fee etc.
Staff Attendance & Leave Management Module
Staff Attendance :
Staff Attendance is maintained and processed for assessing each teacher, lecturer. Attendance can also be taken for all technical, lab, non-teaching and administrative staff.
Leave Record :
Leave Records can be maintained complying with the Rules and Regulations of the Controlling Board.
Student Attendance Module :
Attendance of Students can be taken for each period. This allows recording of subject wise attendance of each student.
Payroll Module :
Staff Information :
Detailed information of each Staff member can be maintained in the System.
Payroll :
The Payroll module automates the complete Payroll processing of all the paid staff by collection of. This module automats calculation of the net pay calculating all taxes and deductions applied to each employee. You can monthly salary to any employee and manage temporary and permanent employees. Payroll interfaces with accounts and provide clear reports on total salary, net pay, taxes collected, deductions, insurance payments if any, or loan repayments etc.
Salary Direct Deposit Module :
Salary direct deposit is an added facility to manage such payments. Salary can be directly deposited in different Bank accounts for the employee in full or in partial.
Salary Slip Module :
Salary Slips can be generated, compiling all relevant information as you choose from the options available.
Historic Data Handling Module :
Any payroll related information could be taken at any point of time with maximum flexibility.
Accounting Module :
Only interface with TALLY Software. The Accounts Module allows you to user to manage and control all the Accounting activities of the Institution. It integrates with all the related modules like fees, payroll, hostel, transportation, inventory, purchase etc., which provide information for the accounting function.
Hostel Module :
Boarding/Hostel module is intended for the complete administration of boarding. You can easily manage and control admissions, allotment of different class of rooms, fees, mess, correspondence and the discipline. Dividing system for Mess based on the purchase and other pays also managed with this module.
Transport Module :
This module manages the bus route, list of traveling students, stops required and the bus schedules defines each bus stop with the list of students. Driver can be given an updated list of students daily with the stops required for each student. This also will give you reports on operational costs like, fuel consumption, spares consumed, repair & maintenance and other inputs.
Purchase & Inventory Module :
Purchase :
This module maintains entire process of purchase, and gives the reports of orders got delivered, orders in pending and also used to maintain and see the report for each and every supplier with their corresponding item details.
Inventory :
Stores & Inventory Module manages goods details such as goods under the stock, goods used by the institution. You can categorize products under different groups to manage by individual departments; we can also set the reorder levels and expiry dates based on the continuously updated stock information.
