- Start Outlook Express
- From the "Tools" menu, select "Accounts"
- Click the "Add" button and select "Mail..."Enter your name and click the "Next >" button
- Enter your e-mail address and click the "Next >" button
- Enter your incoming and outgoing mail servers and click the "Next >" button
- Optionally, enter your password and click the "Next >" button
- Click the "Finish" button
